🔍 When is it ripe?
Depends on species, but universal cues: fruit is heavy for its size, skin is fully coloured for the variety, and scratch-and-sniff gives a strong citrus aroma. Most citrus holds on the tree for months once ripe.
Was a lime tree, but the owner cut it back after the 2021 freeze. Not sure if they cut under or over the graft but I'll update of I can
