Fully coloured and separates easily from the stem. Taste is the best guide — sweet with little tartness. Harvest the whole bunch at once.
Lots of grapevines growing on buckthorn and volunteer trees along the city sidewalk. Good amount of fruit. Lookout for buckthorn berries.
