Small, olive-like, silvery-yellow to reddish fruit. Mealy and sweet-astringent when ripe. Best when fully coloured and slightly soft. Can be dried or used for jam.
It's a small tree inside the Sedgwick County Park in Wichita KS. The fruit can be eaten raw but would be better if fully ripened.
