🔍 When is it ripe?
Classic Bartlett: skin turns yellow-green from green. Harvest when the neck near the stem gives to light pressure. Ripens off the tree in 4–7 days at room temperature.
There are two pear trees with lots of fruit to be harvested! The end of August was the peak time for production.
