🔍 When is it ripe?
Like a smaller blackberry on a trailing cane. Fully black and separates easily. A waxy bloom on ripe berries. Ripe before blackberries in most areas.
Dewberry vines grow in some of the empty lots in this area of the Upper Ninth. Should bear fruit in early-mid April.
