🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep orange-gold; eaten whole — the sweet rind offsets the tart flesh. Ripe when uniformly orange, slightly soft, and very fragrant. The entire fruit is edible raw.
Large unruley kumquat. Incredible amount of fruit. In the backyard of this house but the owner would let you access.
Bring a tarp and shake the tree maybe?
