Non-astringent types: eat when orange and firm. Astringent types: wait until very soft and wrinkled. Both fully orange when ripe.
These are the smaller persimmons and the trees are enormous. They're located in the tiny park on Morris St., next to the Imperial Bldg and across the street from We Work.
