🔍 When is it ripe?
Colour fully develops (purple, red, or yellow by variety) and a waxy bloom appears on the skin. Softens slightly at the tip. Taste-test for sweetness — European plums are better slightly soft; Japanese types can be harvested firmer.
On 200 E, just south of the corner of W. Center Street. In the parking strip next door to the south of the east entrance to Snow Lodge apartments.
