Swampy field with loads of blue camas. Bulbs are small and pretty deep but they are countless. A trowel is not enough, definitely bring a shovel. As always only harvest camas when the flowers are in bloom so you get positive identification that it's blue camas and not the white-flowering death camas. (Did not see any on site, but you can't be too careful about death camas.) Call for permission. Owner is friendly. As of June 2022 property is owned by Spies Real Estate out of Corvallis.
