Cherry plum (Prunus cerasifera 'Nigra')

Good condition, public access. Young tree. The block has about 5-6 of these trees. Earlier last year the tree all the way to the left at the end of this block fell over. It was not secured into the soil deep enough. I tried to replant it but I had no tools or real knowledge on what to do.
