🔍 When is it ripe?
Harvest leaves just before flowering for peak flavour. Cut stems back by a third regularly to encourage bushy growth. Flavour declines after flowering — cut flower spikes off to extend harvest.
Mint Patch for the enjoyment of all growing in front of government office (USGS). Feel free to take some but dont clip it all! Also please don't disturb the little pine seedlings.
