A very large and well-established mustang grape vine growing up a mulberry tree. Produces a lot of grapes pretty consistently every summer, though not for very long. Technically on public land, since the tree's on the outside of the fences, but more accessible from the apartment complex lot. The gates are usually open, but passcode is 8426 when they're not. Management doesn't generally care about visitors in the parking lots.
