🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red (or gold/yellow for golden varieties) and slides off the receptacle — the hollow centre is the tell. Does not pull: a ripe raspberry separates at a touch. Extremely fragile; use within hours of picking.
These raspberries are on the East side of the yoga studio... they are abundant and never harvested by anyone! They do belong to the yoga studio, and when I asked, they were surprised to hear that they were out there (?) and said go ahead. I would re-ask each season.
