I planted out a bunch of Jerusalem artichokes behind this abandoned building. The variety is “white Fuseau”. They produce tall flowering plants during the summer, and can be dug up in the fall for their tubers. The foliage is cut down every year, but you can still get the tubors if you know what their stems look like. Enjoy!
