🔍 When is it ripe?
Bright red olive-shaped berries. Very sour when first red — wait until they turn deep red and fall freely or can be shaken off. High in vitamin C. Good for jam, wine, and sauce.
Haie le long du chemin du Chapeau-du-Curé, dans un parc public en libre accès. Plusieurs cornouillers (petits arbres de 5-6 m de haut) avec des branches avec fruits accessibles .
