🔍 When is it ripe?
Persian limes are harvested green and mature green; Key limes turn slightly yellow when fully ripe and very juicy. Heavy for its size and yields to light pressure. Green limes are still at peak acidity and fully usable.
Plant is on private property however there’s often a box of limes out the front for passers by.
There is scale on the limes currently, however fruit is still good, just discard the rind.
