🔍 When is it ripe?
Must be fully ripe (very soft, almost jelly-like) before eating. Harvest after first frost or when naturally falling. Dark orange to purple when ready. Rich, caramel-sweet flavour.
Can see from the street; along the tree line, on the outer edge of trees; not far from the end of the tree line, before you get to the daycare center property (which is cleared). No need to go deep into the treeline; located just past the grass on the side of the street. It is a tall and thin tree.
