🔍 When is it ripe?
Non-astringent types: eat when orange and firm. Astringent types: wait until very soft and wrinkled. Both fully orange when ripe.
I've seen fruit on this tree, but never when it was ripe. Location is approximate, it's 20' from to the end of the big metal caterpillar. Or if you follow the tree line from the road it's just before hole four on the disk golf course.
