🔍 When is it ripe?
Persian limes are harvested green and mature green; Key limes turn slightly yellow when fully ripe and very juicy. Heavy for its size and yields to light pressure. Green limes are still at peak acidity and fully usable.
Starting at the community centre walk along the path towards the river, turn left, approximately 100 metres along, the lime tree is on the right of the concrete path.
