🔍 When is it ripe?
Fully coloured and separates easily from the stem. Taste is the best guide — sweet with little tartness. Harvest the whole bunch at once.
Garden between Commons and Lane County Behavioral Health. The inner garden is fenced and locked for LCBH use, but the artichoke is outside of the fence. The grapes grow along the fence and are accessible from the outside.
