🔍 When is it ripe?
Orange dates in large hanging clusters. Edible when fully orange and soft. Very sweet and fibrous — sucked rather than chewed or processed for date paste. Remove from cluster when they fall.
smaller fruit than the ones at Carl's Jr., but less fibrous and more tropical flavored.
