🔍 When is it ripe?
Background skin colour shifts from green toward yellow; seeds turn brown when ripe. Fruit separates from the spur with a gentle upward twist. Aroma develops near the base. Wild Malus fruit is often small and tart — excellent for cider and jelly.
Il y a des jardins partagés (là pas touche c'est privé) mais aussi des pommes et autres fruits sui restent pourrir sur place. C'est plus de la pomme à compote qu'à croquer mais c'est dommage...
