🔍 When is it ripe?
Small, dark purple berries. Sweet with a hint of almond. Ripe when uniformly dark and separates easily from the stem.
6 Juneberry/Serviceberry plants along the sidewalk at the entrance to the Moline Public Library. There are also Juneberry plants in the medians around the parking lot. The delicious berries are ripe in early June.
