🔍 When is it ripe?
Golden-orange colour all over; red blush is fine but green means unripe. Gives slightly under thumb pressure and separates cleanly from the pit. Sweet, floral aroma. Short window — harvest daily once they start colouring.
Fruits are small, soft, and very sweet. Most of them are either too high to reach or already on the ground. Seems to be biennial: there was fruit in 2012 but none in 2013.
