Crow garlic Public
All over this field you will find Garlic. This is a relatively safe source to eat from just make sure it's not growing in shit for obvious reasons. To Identify, they look like a grass clump that smells like garlic when crushed. Leaves are hollow and delicious. Entire plant is edible raw or cooked. That means the green leaves, the bulb/bullets and flowers. Greens are best in early spring. They are good from February to May. (EVEN WITH SNOW, just dig underneath it. Harvest bullets in June (Peaks in mid June) and spread them around for more food. YIELD IS INSANE, you just simply can't run out.
