Mullein is commonly found on the rocky, often defoliated, steep hill where the powerline passes over. It is not advisable that you ingest or smoke mullein from here, since the powerlines are sometimes maintained by spraying chemicals, which may or may not be taken up by the mullein that then ends up in your lungs or body. Maybe this patch is for external use only.
