🔍 When is it ripe?
Evergreen herb — harvest sprigs year-round. Young, bright green shoot tips have the most flavour. Harvest in the morning after dew dries. Flowers (blue-purple) appear spring through early summer and are edible as a garnish.
Rosemary bushes
huge rosemary bushes growing in between the ERA Town and Campus Realty and the Proof bakery. I've picked rosemary here for years and no one seems to have an issue or seems to claim the rosemary.
