Non-astringent types: eat when orange and firm. Astringent types: wait until very soft and wrinkled. Both fully orange when ripe.
Large persimmon tree on the NE Lions Park Disk Golf course. Tree is on the SW side of the lake, very near the west fence. Marker is on exact spot.
