🔍 When is it ripe?
Background colour changes from green to yellow or cream (variety determines final colour). Seeds inside should be brown. Flesh yields slightly to thumb pressure. A ripe apple releases with a gentle upward twist — no pulling. Check the ground for natural drops.
Two quite productive apple trees. Apples are a bit yellow, sweet to taste. On the slight hill on the side of the bridge next to the path between the train station and North St.
