🔍 When is it ripe?
Persian limes are harvested green and mature green; Key limes turn slightly yellow when fully ripe and very juicy. Heavy for its size and yields to light pressure. Green limes are still at peak acidity and fully usable.
Several orange and lime trees along the parking lot of Irvine Lanes and the conference center. Just south of the 405 (and visible from 405 S), access at the turn for Irvine Lanes.
