🔍 When is it ripe?
Classic Bartlett: skin turns yellow-green from green. Harvest when the neck near the stem gives to light pressure. Ripens off the tree in 4–7 days at room temperature.
Planted in 2021, not yet yielding fruit. Ask owner for permission when the fruit does decide to bear. It is a very young tree. This is a hybrid tree with both Bartlett and Asian pears.
