🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep orange-gold; eaten whole — the sweet rind offsets the tart flesh. Ripe when uniformly orange, slightly soft, and very fragrant. The entire fruit is edible raw.
Tree has no low hanging branches so you need a ladder or to wait until after a storm when they fall off.
