🔍 When is it ripe?
Small, round, turning from red to deep purple-black. Sweet and blueberry-like when fully dark. Birds eat them as soon as they ripen — check daily. Best fresh or in pies and jam.
Located at Silo Park between the barn and road. It appears these are not watered often but there is still a good amount for fruit on two large bushes. Sweet and delicious right off the bush, and made a great cobbler.
