🔍 When is it ripe?
Small, round, turning from red to deep purple-black. Sweet and blueberry-like when fully dark. Birds eat them as soon as they ripen — check daily. Best fresh or in pies and jam.
Six serviceberry trees on west side of B-Line Trail. Unclear if they are on public or private property of the muraled warehouse.
Very plentiful and flavorful on 1st of June, looks like it has another week or so of season.
