🔍 When is it ripe?
Berries fully coloured and slightly soft. Stem where it joins the bunch turns woody and brown. Seeds easily visible inside. Sweet throughout when fully ripe — taste from different parts of the cluster as they ripen unevenly. Grapes do not continue ripening after harvest.
Concord grapes are just off the road, along the entire stretch of Ravine Rd; location NOT exact due to the fact that grape vines move from year-to-year. Best way to find grapes is by smell: they will have an aroma of a deeper, richer grape soda/grape jelly.
WATCH OUT FOR POISON IVY AND THORNY PLANTS. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE.
