🔍 When is it ripe?
Fully orange skin (can be green-tinged in warm climates and still ripe). Heavy for its size, with a smooth, slightly glossy skin. Scratch and sniff — a sweet orange smell confirms ripeness. Navel oranges develop the distinctive navel opposite the stem.
Sweet and delicious oranges, tenants of the building just ignore them, I usually take at least one whenever I work there for maintenance, many just fall on the ground and rot. They are good!!
