🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red (or gold/yellow for golden varieties) and slides off the receptacle — the hollow centre is the tell. Does not pull: a ripe raspberry separates at a touch. Extremely fragile; use within hours of picking.
The plants are out in the open. They're on the outside of a patch of woods. There are a few more plants through a trail. There's a bike trail right next to it that BMXers use. I've never had an issue collecting here.
