🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red (or gold/yellow for golden varieties) and slides off the receptacle — the hollow centre is the tell. Does not pull: a ripe raspberry separates at a touch. Extremely fragile; use within hours of picking.
There is what appears to be a huge hedge of raspberries growing outside this church. Give her a look for yourself. I will come back later to confirm fruit
