🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red (or gold/yellow for golden varieties) and slides off the receptacle — the hollow centre is the tell. Does not pull: a ripe raspberry separates at a touch. Extremely fragile; use within hours of picking.
Around this area/along the path there is a field with huge raspberry bushes growing both against the public path and inside of the field. Please ask permission before going onto private land.
