Blackberry
📍 331 E 3325 N, Ogden, UT 84414, USA
🗓 Season: July · August · September
🔍 When is it ripe?
Fully black (not red or dark red) and comes off the stem with no resistance — zero pull. Dull rather than shiny; a shiny black berry is still slightly underripe and tart. Eat the same day for best flavour.
Blackberry vines on north east fence of 305 E 3325 N. Fruit is good & plentiful around the 1st week of August.
It is easiest to get to this vine through the side gate on the north of the driveway, the fence runs right near the kitchen window.
This plant is in a yard owned by my grandparents, they get way too much fruit for them & don't really know what to do with it. Feel free to ask @ 305 E 3325 N, they are usually home, or text me @ 9493245135
If you don't talk to them before gathering, they are sweet, & if they see you they will just want to know what you're doing, & maybe will engage you in small talk for 3 hours, offer you food, or ask for help around their yard.
