Ripe when fully coloured (white, red, or black by species) and falls at a touch. Spread a sheet and shake the branches. Extremely perishable — process or eat immediately.
Mulberry tree that peaks out of the sidewalk along Blakemore from the Gadsden Place apartment complex. You'll know your in the right place when the sidewalk is covered in mulberry stains!
