First Ave. "Elgin Gleaners" Community Orchard. 12 various fruit trees (some apples, plum, and pear) were planted here in 2016/2017 for the Elgin Gleaners program where volunteers take care of the trees and harvest the fruit, which is split equally amoung the volunteers and food meal programs for people in need. Owned by the City of St. Thomas.
