🔍 When is it ripe?
Thin, deep yellow to orange-yellow skin when ripe. Sweeter and less acidic than Eureka lemons. Skin feels slightly soft; very juicy. Harvest promptly once fully coloured — skin tears easily.
Residents don't want people entering their property, however, lemons are regularly harvested and left in a box in front of house.
