Deep purple-black; pulls free from the hollow centre. Strongly flavoured. Picks over about two weeks — check every couple of days.
Blackberry and raspberry patches have been planted along the trail up the hill between the union brewery parking lot and Medfield. Seedlings are young but should bear fruit within 1 year
