Follow the trail from the end of Old Hearne road into the woods behind the house on the end of the street (head West). all along the trail there is copious amounts of beautyberries growing. They have a mild taste but make wonderful jam. Beautyberries are one of those species that are amazingly easy to spread, just picking them you will always drop handfuls by the time you're done....
