🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red (or gold/yellow for golden varieties) and slides off the receptacle — the hollow centre is the tell. Does not pull: a ripe raspberry separates at a touch. Extremely fragile; use within hours of picking.
Raspberries grow through the fence at Mike Yokel Park. Ready to pick in late July and August, but you've got to get to the park early in the day if you want to beat the kids to the fruit;)
