🔍 When is it ripe?
Uniformly coloured (red, orange, yellow, or purple by variety) with slight give when squeezed. A ripe tomato separates easily from the vine. Fully coloured fruit stored at room temperature — never refrigerate.

Drop by and sample locally grown lettuce, herbs and veggies. Look for the Green Share signs or the green ribbons to know which beds are available.
