🔍 When is it ripe?
Evergreen herb — harvest sprigs year-round. Young, bright green shoot tips have the most flavour. Harvest in the morning after dew dries. Flowers (blue-purple) appear spring through early summer and are edible as a garnish.
Lots of rosemary bushes growing around the library, starting at the driveway entrance and surrounding the car parks. It's dark and shrouded by trees at night if you prefer to take some prunings unseen.
