🔍 When is it ripe?
Yellow skin, pink flesh. Ripe when fully yellow and very fragrant. Yields to gentle pressure. Soft spots indicate overripe.
In the parking area to the condo complex just before the pool there are several pineapple guava trees. The condo association has no "no trespassing signs" and the fruit is in a common area accessible to anyone, don't park in the parking lot, it is for residents only.
