Coffee Proficiency is a roaster. this means there is the potential to collect coffee chaff (compost, good mulch when mixed with grass to weigh it down), spent grounds (mulch, compost, mushroom substrate) and burlap bags (laid down in garden paths as mulch - combined with cardboard, crafts) from them. talk to them to set up a pickup schedule and keep that organic matter out of the waste stream! i'm just travelling so i didn't make arrangements. really nice space and friendly staff.
